anuncia parque temático na Espanha

Orçado em R$ 327 milhões, novo parque deve atrair 4 milhões de visitantes por ano

Inaugurado em 2010, o Ferrari World logo se tornou uma das principais atrações turísticas de Abu Dhabi. Satisfeita com o sucesso do parque temático erguido em pleno deserto árabe, a marca italiana anunciou a construção de mais um empreendimento do tipo. O novo parque será erguido no famoso resort PortAventura, a uma hora de distância de Barcelona, na Espanha, e deverá estar concluído até 2016.

De acordo com o comunicado da marca italiana, o parque batizado de Ferrari Land ocupará uma área de 75 mil metros quadrados, e deve atrair cerca de quatro milhões de visitantes por ano - metade deles vindos de fora da Espanha. A Ferrari planeja investir 100 milhões de euros (R$ 327 milhões) na atração, que terá um hotel cinco estrelas com 250 quartos, simuladores de corrida, restaurantes, montanha russa e o brinquedo conhecido como "elevador".

Conhecido pela Formula Rossa, a montanha-russa mais rápida do mundo, que atinge velocidades de 240 quilômetros por hora, o Ferrari World de Abu Dhabi foi inaugurado em 2010, após um investimento total de cerca de 700 milhões de euros (R$ 2,3 bilhões). O gigantesco teto vermelho ocupa uma área de 200 mil metros quadrados, fazendo da atração o maior parque coberto do mundo.

Estamos novamente ao lado da equipe Williams na Fórmula 1. A presidente Graça Foster e a chefe-adjunta da equipe e diretora comercial da Williams, Claire Williams, assinaram nesta terça-feira (18/02), no Rio, o novo contrato de parceria tecnológica. Temos uma história de colaboração tecnológica com a Williams desde 1998, ano em que a equipe começou a usar o nosso combustível. A parceria durou 11 anos. Entre 2009 e 2013, continuamos ligada à categoria, através do patrocínio ao Grande Prêmio Petrobras do Brasil e da transmissão da Fórmula 1 na TV Globo.

Para o novo contrato com a Williams, a colaboração técnica continuará e as duas partes trabalharão em conjunto com a Mercedes para desenvolver novos combustíveis e lubrificantes automobilísticos para uso pela equipe a partir da temporada 2015. Com a entrada em vigor da nova regulamentação para motores, que exige que as equipes utilizem combustíveis mais eficientes, nossa experiência irá garantir que a Williams esteja bem posicionada para atender às demandas de maior eficiência energética na competição. Este ano a Williams será representada pelo brasileiro Felipe Massa e pelo finlandês Valtteri Bottas.

Além do aspecto tecnológico, a Fórmula 1 também é uma oportunidade de trazer mais visibilidade global a nossa marca e mostrar a qualidade e tecnologia dos produtos. A nossa logo ficará posicionada na lateral do chassi do Williams FW36 e em todo o ambiente e vestuário da equipe. Desde 2009, somos patrocinadora e damos nome ao Grande Prêmio Petrobras do Brasil de Fórmula 1.

Graça comemorou: “Estamos muito felizes em voltar para a principal competição automobilística do mundo.
